The guesthouse is located in a quiet, peaceful area with convenient access to the Szklarska Poręba-Jakuszyce railway station. You can really relax (peace and quiet, hot water, kettle in the room). Beautiful views from the windows - of the entire Karkonosze range. From the guesthouse - 15 minutes' walk to the town center. The only drawback - smoking rooms, from which cigarette smoke penetrated into our bathroom and onto the balcony (no possibility of opening the window and leaving towels in the bathroom!).

I consider the trip to be a success, the view from the guesthouse is beautiful, the guesthouse is quite old and off the beaten path. Amenities such as a sauna, billiards and ping pong tables, a playground for children and a gazebo in the garden. Possibility to buy breakfast for PLN 26 (cheese, cold meat, cucumber, tomato, coffee, tea + hot something). Unfortunately, at no. 3 the floor makes noises and is annoying when you walk on it, you can see exposed objects, and the cleanliness left a bit to be desired for me. The towels we received (one each) were hand towels, not bath towels, so it's worth bringing your own. I expressed my opinion on Booking and gave the overall rating of the facility 8 - I do not think it is a unfair rating. Today at work I received a call from the owner asking where this rating came from and I was told that my opinion about the lack of cleanliness was MY FANCY, because the room was clean!! I couldn't believe my ears that you could dispute the guest's opinion on cleanliness! This is a place I will not return to.

An amazing place to relax. The owner is a very nice person, you can see that she knows her area, because she recommended us the interesting tourist attraction, for which we are very grateful. The view from the balcony of the mountains while drinking your morning coffee is something amazing... The guesthouse is ideally located, only 10 minutes from the railway station. There is plenty of greenery around, proximity to trails, and a shortcut to the center. We recommend it, we will definitely come back to you.

Place close to the center, nice views. It is clear that the guesthouse lacks a man's hand, some items are quite worn out and require replacement or repair. I don't recommend breakfast, it didn't suit the taste of my whole family, I recommend making it yourself, there is a kitchenette. A big disadvantage is that during our absence, the staff goes around the rooms and replenishes paper or replaces garbage bags. Such things are decided by the client whether he wants it or not. Still, I recommend it.
